A Study On Audit Problems Of Government Engineering In Songshan New District Of Jinzhou City

China is in the stage of rapid economic development,and has become the second largest economy in the world,In order to carry out deepening reform,strictly administering the Party,administering the country according to law and building a well-off society in an all-round way,China has put forward the "four comprehensive" policy.Vigorously promoting domestic infrastructure construction has made great efforts to improve people's livelihood and enhance national strength.In this process,government project audit plays an important role in ensuring the good operation of government investment,optimizing the allocation of resources and rationally utilizing state-owned assets.The significance of government project auditing lies in standardizing the investment behavior of our government,supervising the use of State Construction funds,so as to realize the rational use of resources,eliminate corruption in the field of construction projects,and maintain the stable development of society and economy.Its most fundamental purpose is to protect the interests of the broad masses of the people,improve the living environment of the people,improve the quality of life.However,while attaching importance to government project audit,auditing institutions and auditors have encountered many problems in the process of carrying out government project audit.This paper takes the government project audit work of Songshan New District of Jinzhou City as the research object,briefly describes the current situation of the government project audit in this district,and proceeds from the actual work,puts forward the problems existing in the government project audit in this district,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems,combining the internal and external factors,On the one hand,from the point of view of the region,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the government project audit in the region.On the other hand,considering the macro-environment,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the government project audit on the existing problems in the whole province and even the whole country.This study is helpful to improve the government project audit mechanism is not perfect,lack of personnel and other status quo,improve the enthusiasm of auditors,to standardize the investment behavior of the government in the region has a certain positive role.
