Research On Poverty Alleviation Relocation In Inhospitable Areas Of Dongping County

The poverty alleviation relocation project in inhospitable areas is a special measure that the government arranges funds to take for the poor areas where the original living environment is not suitable for living and lack of development potential.To a certain extent,the poverty alleviation relocation has improved the working conditions and living environment of the poor people,and stimulated the intrinsic motivation of poverty alleviation and prosperity.However,there are still many problems in the change of people’s production and life style and follow-up management and service,which has become the weak point in the implementation of poverty alleviation relocation policy in inhospitable areas.Therefore,this paper starts with the research on the relocation of poverty alleviation in the vulnerable areas of Dongping County,and comprehensively analyzes the work effect and follow-up problems of the relocation of poverty alleviation in the vulnerable areas of Dongping County by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,field survey,interview and other research methods,and proposes relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Paper first summarizes the dongping county natural geographical conditions and general economic and social development,and social and cultural situation,comprehensive analysis of dongping county overall regional characteristics,through access to data and questionnaire survey,comprehensive outline large,deep poverty,poverty population out of poverty to overcome difficult such as poverty and 10 kinds of poor poverty.Secondly,through consulting relevant documents and communicating with relevant staff,this paper comprehensively summarizes the poverty alleviation relocation work of Dongping County,and elaborates the implementation background,overall design,objectives and tasks,relocation objects,resettlement methods and safeguard measures,etc.Through the data statistics of the preliminary questionnaire,the economic effect,political effect and social effect of the inland-poverty alleviation relocation policy in Dongping County were analyzed in detail.Thirdly,on the basis of the above research,the follow-up problems of the implementation of the inland-poverty alleviation relocation policy in Dongping County are summarized,such as the difficulty in changing life style,slow land reclamation progress,poor follow-up service management,and great difficulty in supporting industries.Finally,combining with the implementation status of the poverty alleviation relocation policy and the regional development needs of Dongping County,the follow-up safeguardmeasures are proposed.First,scientific guidance is provided to improve the adaptability by strengthening the sense of belonging,clarifying the development ideas,and improving the supporting production houses.The second is to speed up the process of old demolition and reclamation by improving policy cognition,giving play to pilot driving effect and classification implementation.Third,optimize service guarantee by improving supporting infrastructure,improving public service system and strengthening social governance at the community level.Fourth,we will strengthen employment guidance and promote industrial development in terms of vocational skills training,encouraging self-employment and fostering characteristic pillar industries.
