Analysis Of Multi-Agent Game Relationship In The Order Of Intelligent Community Co-governance

The pace of urban development has been accelerating.To perfect the governance mechanism of urban grass-roots level is to build a community that is deeply integrated with informatization and urbanization,so as to improve the ability of urban management.Strengthening the construction of community governance system and building a co-governance and shared social governance pattern have been multiple referenced in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress since it was put forward.Community,as an important social problem in urban community construction,has the problems of low efficiency and low participation of the main body,which brings new problems and challenges to urban management.The intelligent community governance is formed with the participation of government departments,society,Community Residents Committee,Property Department,non-governmental Organization,etc..Requiring government departments to provide policy support to enhance the credibility and executive power of social organizations,community residents' committees,property committees and other bodies involved in community governance,the multi-subjects participating in community governance are required to devote themselves to the construction of intelligent community,and provide better service for the residents by promoting the way of community co-governance and improving community public service.Based on the theory of multi-agent governance,this paper uses the method of social network analysis to determine the three main participants of intelligent community governance,and uses the method of Game Theory to construct the game model of multi-agent behavior This paper discusses the multi-agent cooperative game relationship in the process of community co-governance,and studies the relationship among government departments,social organizations and Community Residents Committee.In the study of the relationship among the participants,the purpose is to show the characteristics of the optimal strategy of the multi-agent game in the common governance of the intelligent community through the discussion of the behaviorstrategies among the three To perfect the multi-agent participation mechanism of the intelligent community and build the community sharing platform will provide some strategies and enlightenment for the future sustainable development of urban grass-roots governance.
