A Probe Into The Path Of Social Organizations Intervening In Community Governance Under The Public Welfare Venture Capital Model

With China's emphasis on urban and rural social governance and continuous innovation and development,as a basic unit inseparable from social governance,"community" has been widely used in China's 30 years of extensive application and practice.The unprecedented attention of the society,the improvement of social governance capabilities and governance levels have become the primary measures for China to achieve a harmonious society.As a social cluster,the improvement of community governance capacity is an important platform for strengthening and innovating grassroots social governance.Under the requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,we will continue to promote the reform of urban grassroots social governance.Urban grassroots society has also become an important foothold and basic support for comprehensive deepening of reform,and community governance is also an important measure to achieve the construction of a harmonious community.Community governance adopts a public welfare innovation model to cultivate community social organizations and fully mobilize community residents to participate in various forms.Oriented by the needs of residents,social organizations,governments,and units in the jurisdiction provide support and coordinate cooperation to more effectively encourage residents to meet their needs in the community through their own effective actions and optimize the process and mechanism of community order.This article takes the implementation process of the social work project of Shipingqiao Street in Jiulongpo District,Chongqing City as an example.The purpose is to explore the path of social organizations involved in community governanceunder the model of public welfare venture capital and the analysis of the plight of the process.Through "third party leading"," The three modes of "resident-led" and"community-led" intervene in the main body of the path,looking for new ways of community governance and perfecting the practical field of community governance.Community governance under the philanthropy venture capital model needs to be summarized through long-term practice,applying multiple theories,combined with actual survey analysis and comparison,to study the problems existing in the process of social organizations participating in community governance,and in-depth analysis of the use of the philanthropy venture capital model to promote social organization participation in the community Governance,and on the basis of domestic and foreign practical experience,put forward the norms and improve the path of social organizations participating in community governance,in order to better promote the development of social organizations and the construction of a beautiful community.This article is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction includes three parts: research background,problem proposition,and research significance.The problems discussed in this article are proposed.The current community governance needs to find a new intervention path.The second part of the concept and literature review first defines the concepts of community,community governance,social organization,and public welfare ventures,clarifies the relevant conceptual content that may be involved in this article,and paves the way for subsequent discussion;then it sorts out the development dilemma of community governance,Literature review on the development process and model of public welfare venture capital.The third part is research ideas and research methods.Sort out the main content of this article,understand the current dilemma faced by community governance,analyze the effective path of public organizations to participate in community governance using the venture capital investment model.Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the community governance process under the philanthropy venture capital model,and introduce the research methods used in this article.The forth part of Social Organizations Intervene in Community Governanceunder the Public Welfare Venture Capital Model——Taking Jipingpo District Shipingqiao Subdistrict Community Social Work Service Project as an example,the background and projects of Shipingqiao Subdistrict Community Governance Project in Jiulongpo District,Chongqing City are introduced in detail The situation,combined with the interview and recording of the entire execution process of the project,analyzes the dilemma and causes of the public welfare venture project process,summarizes and proposes the path of social organizations involved in community governance,and discusses the feasibility and sustainability of the three intervention paths according to local conditions.The fifth part summarizes and recommends,sums up and reflects on the involvement of social organizations in community governance under the philanthropy venture capital model,and proposes to create a third-party
