Chinese Legal Anthropology Research(1990-2020)

There are many opinions about the development of legal anthropology in C hina.The author believes that it has experienced three stages.The first stage is from the first half of the 20 th century to the establis hment of new China.This stage mainly absorbs and learns the important ideas of western legal anthropology.The second stage was from the founding of New C hina to the end of the 1980 s.This stage was mainly influenced by Marxist ethnology.The third stage is the 1990s(1978-1989 Chinese legal anthropology research is basically the collation and publication of the research of the previous decade,so it will not be discussed).At this stage,China 's legal anthropology will "State and society" has been included in the discussion,and disputes and their settlement have become important research subjects.This article mainly studies this third stage.At this stage,many scholars have made important contributions to the development of legal anthropology in C hina.They come from different disciplines and fields,their research focus or bias is different,the way of thinking is different,and the materials and research methods used are also different.This article mainly sorts out the research made by scholars on Chinese legal anthropology from 1990 to 2020 by reading a lot of literature,and draws conclusions and main research methods used,analyzes and summarizes them,and then raises new questions and The point of view plays an important role in the further development of legal anthropology in China.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is a study of the development process and problems of Chinese legal anthropology.In this part,the author explains some scholars' views on these two issues.Regarding the development process,scholars hold different views on the beginning and stages of C hinese legal anthropology research.Similarly,they also put forward different views on the problems existing in the development of Chinese legal anthropology.The second part is an analysis of several hot issues in the research of legal anthropology in C hina.The third part discusses the research methods of C hinese legal anthropology.Finally,it is a summary of the content of this article and raises new questions.
