Research On Influencing Factors Of Government Service Satisfaction From The Perspective Of Optimizing Business Environment

Business environment is an important foundation to promote the development of regional economy,and the government service environment is a key part of it.By deepening the reforms to streamline administration,delegate powers,and improving regulation and services,local governments have continuously improved their ability and level of government service,created efficient,convenient and transparent processes,stimulated the vitality of market players,and established a business environment evaluation index system with Chinese characteristics guided by the sense of enterprise gain and satisfaction.This study,based on the perspective of optimizing business environment,through combing relevant theories and practice experience,summarize relevant concepts and existing research on Business Environment,Government Services,Public Satisfaction,etc.On this basis,the study builds government services satisfaction influencing factors model,through the design scientific and reasonable enterprise questionnaire,in Yuhang district,Hangzhou as an example for empirical analysis.Taking Government Policy,Perceived Quality,Government-business Relationship,Corruption Regulation and E-government as the explanatory variables,and Enterprise Satisfaction as the explained variables,the research adopts the methods of one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model to make an empirical test of the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The results show that the objective factors such as the type and scale of enterprises have certain influence on the evaluation of government services satisfaction.Perceived Quality,Government-business Relationship,Corruption Regulation and E-government all have significant positive effects on the government services satisfaction,while Government Policy is not significant under the existing sample data.According to the research conclusion,the suggestions are put forward to improve the government services satisfaction of enterprise in Yuhang district.
