A Study Of "Anti Economic Globalization" From The Perspective Of Marx's World History Theory

Since the financial crisis in 2008,with the rise of nationalism and the prevalence of trade protectionism,"anti economic globalization" appeared.In the world,on the one hand,the emergence of this phenomenon makes the promotion of global governance face many challenges,on the other hand,it makes the transformation of global governance have significant development opportunities.China is a responsible big country and is eager to contribute to the development of global governance.Marx's theory of world history is proved by practice and scientific.It embodies the historical materialism and provides a macro-economic perspective for us to solve the problem of "anti economic globalization",which is of great guiding significance.This paper uses the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,theory with practice and so on,with Marx's world history theory as the theoretical guidance and "anti economic globalization" as the research object,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.First of all,the relevant concepts and contents of Marx's world history theory are explained;second,the concept of "anti economic globalization" is defined,and the performance of its problems is analyzed: first,the prevalence of trade protectionism.Second,the corresponding measures taken by developed countries,such as the US government's "US interests first" strategy.Third,the brexit incident is particularly obvious.Fourth,the global governance system lags behind.Then,it analyzes the negative effects of "anti economic globalization" : it interferes with global economic governance;it weakens the complementarity between countries;it distorts the values of citizens;it constrains Global Climate Governance.Thirdly,on this basis,the paper studies the specific reasons for the existence of "anti economic globalization" : the global competitionof surplus value is its economic root;the basic contradiction of capitalism is its political root;the strong ideological output is its ideological root;the gap between the rich and the poor is its social root.Finally,from the theoretical and practical level,we can get the "China plan" for this problem.From the theoretical point of view,starting from the correct value orientation,to achieve the free and all-round development of human beings as the goal.It mainly deals with the problem of "anti economic globalization" from the aspects of attitude,principle and idea.From the practical level,we should focus on the global value chain and achieve common development.One belt,one road,the other is the "China side" approach;the "one belt and one road" approach is adopted;the "socialist community" is built on the basis of socialist values;the mutual learning and mutual learning of multi cultures is strengthened;the "four confidence" is strengthened,and the right to participate in global governance is enhanced.
