After the War of Resistance Against Japan,the plan for the establishment of a state was reached through peaceful negotiations led by The Kuomintang and The Communist Party of China,with the participation of The Intermediate Party Grouping.After the outbreak of a full-scale civil war,the Kuomintang reactionaries illegally forced the The Intermediate Party Grouping to dissolve,and secretly ordered the secret service to brutally persecute the democratic personages.For security reasons,the CPC moved some democratic personages to Hong Kong.After October 1947,the People's Liberation Army realized the strategic counter-offensive,and the military struggle advanced steadily.The Liberated Areas further carried out land reform towards the goal of "land to the tiller";The movement of the people in Kuomintang governed areas,like a prairie fire,flourishes.The rapid development of the situation doubled the CPC's confidence in building a new China.Thus,on April 30,1948,the CPC,in the way of commemorating the May Day,put forward the political proposition of "convening a political consultative conference,discussing and realizing the convening of the people's congress and the establishment of a democratic coalition government".This political proposition has generated great shock and influence among the democratic people who pursue peace and democracy,and the political consultative conference convened by the CPC is worth expecting.Therefore,the democratic personages publicly issued a letter,have responded to the CPC's "May Day slogan",and Hong Kong as the main position of public opinion,the rise of a heated discussion of the new CPPCC democracy movement.In order to get the preparatory work for the new CPPCC under way,From August 1948 to January 1949,under the unified deployment of the Communist Party of China,the Democrats who had previously transferred to Hong Kong secretly went north and entered the northeast liberated area in three batches.During the nearly half a year in the liberated areas of the northeast,the democratic personages has carried out a lot of important work.First of all,the democratic people's political consultative conference China,accepted the invitation of the north,trudged far and fearless to enter the northeast liberated area,and contributed their talents to the convening of the CPPCC and the establishment of new China.The patriotism of the forefathers inspires the enterprisers of every era,especially the young people of the new era,to raise the banner of patriotism.Therefore,we should use scientific and effective patriotism education to let the patriotism of our ancestors become the spiritual nourishment of the young people in the new era,so that the young people can unite the patriotism with the ambition of serving the country,stand on the people's position,and strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Secondly,it contains the democratic spirit of political consultation.After entering the northeast liberated area,the democratic people not only fully participate in the preparatory work of the CPPCC,but also can put forward their own opinions on the construction of the liberated area,reflecting the spirit of consultative democracy.The United Front Work in the new era should continue to carry out the spirit of deliberative democracy.People discuss and mobilize more forces to participate in national governance,give full play to the advantages of all parties,and work together on the long march of the new era.Finally,it promotes the formation of a new pattern of political consultation.The Northeast activities of the democratic personages promoted the development of the"middle parties" into the "democratic parties" under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and promoted the formation of a new pattern of political consultation featuring close cooperation and mutual supervision.The fundamental reason why the "middle party" can develop into a"Democratic Party" under the leadership of the CPC lies in the correct and powerful leadership of the CPC.The implementation of the correct and effective leadership of the party is the fundamental principle of the United Front Work in the new era.This requires careful and patient efforts to find the largest common denominator with all democratic parties and non parties,consolidate the common
