Under the background of the new military revolution,new combat modes such as information-based warfare and integrated joint operations are constantly emerging.The change of combat mode requires the development of weapons and equipment to adapt to these changes.Therefore,how to test the performance and operational effectiveness of weapons and equipment and how to make equipment to adapt to the requirements of future battles have become the primary issue of weapons and equipment operational test.The test and evaluation of our army started late,mainly concentrated on the performance test of equipment in the early stage.And the research on the operational test is relatively little.At present,there is no complete research system of the operational test,and many aspects need to be explored.From this,it can be seen that operational test is an important step for weapon equipment to meet the requirements of future battles.Vigorously carrying out operational test research will greatly improve the operational effectiveness and operational applicability of weapon equipment,and better meet the operational requirements.In view of the fact that there is little research on operational test,this paper firstly puts forward the conceptual model of Weapon Equipment operational test.Referring to the basic idea of 5W1 H analysis method,this paper presents the related concepts of oparation test from six aspects,and establishes the conceptual model by analyzing the hierarchical and interactive relationships among the concepts among these aspects.This research can provide theoretical support for the top-level design and research.On this basis,the evaluation methods of operational test are studied.The evaluation of operational test mainly includes the evaluation of operational effectiveness test and the evaluation of operational applicability test.Aiming at the uncertainties in the evaluation of operational test,belief structure is used to model test data.Among them,the method of the evaluation model is established by evidence reasoning.Through constructing the belief rule-based,converting input to belief structure.And the rule aggregation algorithm is used to solve the problem.By changing the level of the underlying indicators from high to low and observing the change of the value of operational effectiveness,the critical indicators that affect the operational effectiveness of equipment are obtained.The evaluation model of operational applicability test is established based on TOPSIS method and uses belief structure to represent index.The TOPSIS-BS algorithm is used to calculate the evaluation coefficient.Observe the change of evaluation coefficient by changing the index value.The factors that have great influence on the maintainability of equipment are obtained by comparing the evaluation coefficient.Finally,the effectiveness of the two methods is proved by the examples of the main battle equipment unit and some electronic information equipment.The evaluation results also provide decision support for the development and production of weapon equipment,making the weapon equipment more suitable for the future battlefield requirements.
