The development of high-end manufacturing industry is increasingly important for China's economic development. The military industry is the core of the manufacturing industry. It is worth exploring how to develop the military industry to promote the high-end development of the manufacturing industry.Military-civilian integration strategy became a national strategy in 2015,using this as a breakthrough point,to further explore the integration of military-civilian capital for the development of high-end manufacturing, and to achieve Made in China 2025 is necessary and basis. From this perspective, this article takes research on how to influence the development of high-end manufacturing in China through military-civilian integration at the capital level as the main research direction, analyzes the current situation of military-civilian capital integration and the development of high-end manufacturing in China, and explains military-civilian based on relevant theories.Capital integration through:(1)military-civilian capital integration affects high-end internalization of military enterprises;(2)enhances the overall value chain of the military industry through high-end internalization of military enterprises;(3)the overall value chain of the military industry increases the impact of the high-end manufacturing process, etc.About three stages gradually affect the theoretical mechanism of China's manufacturing industry towards high-end development.Based on this analysis, the article uses panel data from the provinces of China in the ten years from 2007 to 2016 to establish the high-end of China's manufacturing industry from four aspects: the industrial scale, industrial efficiency, industrial growth, and industrial structure of China's regional manufacturing industry.Comprehensive evaluation system, given the high-end comprehensive index of the manufacturing industry in China's provinces, and using the military securitization rate and the average state-owned shares as the core explanatory variables, using static and dynamic empirical models to analyze and explore the military-civilian capital integration on China's manufacturing On the basis of the impact of high-end industrialization, this paper further analyzes the differences in the regional impacts of different forms of military-civilian capital integration, and obtains the following research results:(1)The high-end manufacturing process through the process of subsistence and abandonment of the manufacturing industry to achieve the early manufacturing Dynamic impact on high-end manufacturing in later stages.(2)Military-civilian capital integration affects the high-end manufacturing process through the form of securitization rates and the proportion of state-owned shares. This effect is statically significant in the region and has regional differences.(3)The influence of military-civilian capital integration does not have dynamic continuous features, and the dynamic contribution function needs further research and discovery. And according to conclusion(2),the form of military-civilian capital integration is worthy of further investigation. Finally, this article compares the research conclusions with the current situationof military-civilian capital integration in China, and proposes that military-civilian capital integration promotes the development of China's manufacturing industry to high-end development: increase military-industrial mixed reform to promote military-civilian capital integration;Promote the development of military-industrial enterprises in the manufacturing industry;optimize the financial market environment for the integration of military and civilian capital;focus on policy coordination in the promotion of the military-civilian capital integration system.
