| China is a large agricultural country.According to the data of the sixth national census,more than 50% of the population still live in the countryside.Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization and industrialization in China has been gradually promoted.Although the rural society is also developing year by year,the gap with the city is growing.It is an important task for us to speed up the development of rural undertakings.On October 18,2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Rural development ushered in new opportunities,but at the same time,as the first line of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,the village level organizations also ushered in new challenges.There is an old saying in the countryside that "peasants are rich but not rich,and the key is to see the branch",which fully embodies the leading core position of the village level party organizations in the vast countryside.The village Party organization is the link and bridge for the party to contact the masses at the rural grass-roots level.It shoulders the important mission of leading the masses to develop economy,culture and other undertakings.Therefore,it has become an important task to strengthen the construction of village level party organizations,make them play an effective role,and then promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in rural areas with high speed and quality.This point has been clearly put forward in No.1 document of the Central Committee of the CPC in 2019: "give play to the role of the Party branch in the countryside as a fighting fortress,and comprehensively strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations."Taking Huangyujuan Township in Nong'an County as an example,Nong'an county has many national titles,such as national top 100 economic counties,national modern agricultural demonstration areas,national ecological construction demonstration areas and national green energy demonstration counties.It is a typical big county and strong county.Although huangyujuan Township belongs to Nong'an County,it is a backward economic development and has no large industry The agricultural villages and towns of enterprises have neither the advantages of economic basis nor some superior care policies enjoyed by the villages and towns under the jurisdiction of poverty-stricken counties.It is necessary to study the problems existing in the construction of village level party organizations in the areas of strong counties and weak villages.In this paper,through literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and other methods,and in-depth investigation and research in Huang Yu Juan Township,Nong'An County.This paper fully studies the function transformation of the village level party organization in different historical periods,the main functions of the village level party organization in the strategy of rural revitalization,puts forward the main problems in the construction of the village level party organization from the perspective of rural revitalization,carefully analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward suggestions and opinions on strengthening the construction of the village level party organization,so as to strengthen the village in such areas Some ideas and references are provided in the construction of Party organizations at different levels.There are five chapters in this paper,which are introduction?theoretical analysis of the construction of village level party organizations?an analysis of the construction of rural Party organizations in Huangyujuan Township,Nong'an County?the problems existing in the construction of rural Party organizations in the yellow croaker circle of Nong'an county and the analysis of the causes?from the perspective of rural revitalization,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of such village level party organizations. |
