The development of mobile Internet has spawned a new video industry model of video aggregation platform.The emergence of video aggregation platform has brought some impact to the video industry and brought some new copyright infringement problems.First of all,video aggregation mode improves the user experience due to its one-click service,and gain its popularity because of its ability to block the advertisements.But it affects the rights of video oblige in the distribution of the interests in the market.Under the environment where the certified video is advocated and video sites have to buy copyright at high prices,its low-cost,cost-effective business model caused the imbalance of interests.The video aggregation platform with legal risks has been resisted by the industry's technology and in the judicial field has repeatedly been prosecuted.From the point of view of copyright protection,how to define the behavior of such video aggregation platform,including server standard,user perception standard and substantive substitution standard,and establish a unified infringement standard,is beneficial to the protection of copyright rights and can effectively promote the flow of big data,which is also the core of this article to solve the problem.In this paper,the server standard,the user perception standard and the substantive substitution standard are classified and analyzed in the form of case analysis report.At the same time,proposals for the identification of the unified infringement standard and the development direction of the video aggregation platform are proposed according to the current infringing form of some aggregation platforms.
