Research Of Township Government Support In Industrial Cluster Development

Industrial cluster is a strategic way of local regional economic growth in China.Since 40 years of the reform and opening up,Industrial clusters are highly valued by local governments as an important policy tool for healthy economic development,transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and regulation of industrial structure.In the process of industrial cluster development,township government,on the one hand,plays the role of policy bearer and executive,but on the other hand,it plays an important role in connecting and guiding the local enterprises and people,as the people who are most closely related to them.This article takes Tongxiang Dama town home-textile industry as an example to explore the proper role of township government in industrial cluster development mode,and mainly uses the case analysis method and the investigation research method.Industrial cluster is the product of the spontaneous formation of enterprises under the market economy.Properly handling the relationship between the market and the government is to organically link them and form a harmonious relationship.As the most basic and cutting-edge township government,it is necessary to make a proper contribution to the development of industrial clusters.In combination with the local reality,it is necessary to issue corresponding supporting policies to better play its role by respecting the market rules.n the past decade,how to deal with the relationship between the government and the market has become the focus of public management and economic development,and has been widely concerned.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes township government support in industrial cluster development as the research object according to the relevant theories of industrial cluster and government support.Based on the background of the construction of characteristic block economy of Dama town,this paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of Dama town home-textile industry and find out the principles,role orientation,support direction and mode of township government's involvement in industrial cluster development under the premise that the market plays a fundamental role.
