China's urbanization process has created the problem of left-behind children which is related to the harmony of society.The state points out that the rights of left-behind children must be guaranteed.The archives work of left-behind children is the basis and guarantee of caring work,which makes the establish of Left-behind Children archives a new topic.This paper summarizes the past research on the construction of left-behind children,defines the concept of left-behind children's archives,sorts out the laws,regulations,policies and regulations of the left-behind children in China,and analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis for the construction of left-behind children in China.Conducted on-the-spot investigation of P County in Fujian Province,summed up the main body,content,form,process and feedback of the archives work,and reached the following conclusions: the main information is closed,the family file is missing,the file connection fault;the content is formalized and the form is not balanced.Insufficient training support and lack of material and manpower;lack of access,lack of family use,and insufficient social impact.Proposing strategies: main cooperation,multi-party participation in database construction,family subject filling,seamless integration of files;content form optimization of community participation and multiple sharing strategies;file counselor and archivist backpack strategy;permission call,family linkage and special exhibition strategy.
