With the development of the Internet,"Internet +" travel mode came into being.The network reservation taxi has impacted the traditional taxi industry and gradually occupied a large market share because of its convenience and speed.However,with the in-depth development of the network reservation taxi,related deficiencies and problems have gradually emerged.This paper selects one aspect in the development process of network reservation taxi,the network car insurance system,as the legal research topic.The author used one case of the network reservation taxi insurance claims issued by Supreme Court as the entry point of the essay,throwing out some major questions about the network reservation taxis insurance system,and briefly introduced the theoretical basis of the network reservation taxi insurance system;secondly,the author focuses on the insurance law dilemma caused by the network reservation taxi,such as the difficulty of insurer's obligation to explain the contract and the insured's faithful implementation.What's more,the unique duality of the network reservation taxi is a big impact on the insurance law principle of price balance.Then,the author discusses the solution in the United State,introduces its insurance law for network reservation taxi and some practical application of the law.Finally,the author puts forward some legal suggestions on the network reservation car insurance law in China,such as improving the legislative activity,breaking through the rigid operation of the traditional insurance system,dividing the network reservation taxi insurance period,and using the innovative mode obligations of the parties to the innovation insurance contract.
