Research On The Cultivation Of Socialist Entrepreneurship With Chinese Characteristics

In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,it was pointed out that entrepreneurship should be stimulated and protected,more social subjects should be encouraged to join in innovation and entrepreneurship,a knowledge-based,skill-based and innovative workforce should be built,the spirit of model workers and craftsmen should be promoted,and a social atmosphere of glorious labor and a professional atmosphere of continuous improvement should be created.At the 12 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Deng Xiaoping proposed to "build socialism with Chinese characteristics".The development of the socialist cause cannot be separated from the spiritual power,so the building of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics requires even more powerful spiritual power as support.As an important practical subject of socialist modernization,modern entrepreneurs have formed an entrepreneurial spirit which is undoubtedly an important part of the spirit of the times since the socialist modernization.After the reform and opening up,the group of entrepreneurs in China has gradually formed and developed.Due to the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up and the rapid economic development,the entrepreneurial spirit with characteristics of stage development has been formed in different stages of the reform and opening up up up to now.Comrade Xi Jinping put forward entrepreneurship for the first time at the 2014 APEC leaders' summit,and pointed out that stimulating entrepreneurship and exerting entrepreneurial talents can help lead and stimulate the innovation and creativity of the whole society.In 2017,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,in their "Opinions on Creating a Healthy Growth Environment for Entrepreneurs,Promoting Excellent Entrepreneurship and Giving Full Play to the Role of Entrepreneurs",affirmed the status and value of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in the form of documents for the first time,and pointed out the dominant position of entrepreneurs in economic activities.At the present stage,the cultivation of socialist entrepreneurship with Chinese characteristics has achieved remarkable results,mainly manifested in the continuous enhancement of social and economic vitality,the emergence of a large number of enterprises with a new era of entrepreneurship and the emergence of entrepreneurs with both ability and political integrity.However,due to the rapid social development,the country has failed to timely and effectively adjust relevant policies,enterprises have paid attention to short-term benefits while ignoring long-term development,and entrepreneurs' own quality needs to be improved.As a result,there are still some areas to be strengthened in the cultivation of entrepreneurship.In view of the above-mentioned problems existing in the cultivation of socialist entrepreneurship with Chinese characteristics at this stage,we can analyze them from various angles and put forward corresponding cultivation paths.First,due to the restriction of traditional culture and the imperfect development of economic system in the society,the focus of the state in the cultivation of entrepreneurship has deviated.This problem can be improved by purifying the market environment ruled by law,establishing a fault tolerance mechanism and promoting the spirit of craftsmen.The second is that there is not a good atmosphere for entrepreneurs in the enterprise,which is mainly improved by improving the legal awareness of the enterprise in combination with the evaluation mechanism.Third,the inevitable problems of entrepreneurs themselves need to be solved by strengthening the combination of entrepreneurship education and training mechanism.The cultivation of entrepreneurship does not take place overnight,but needs to be strengthened in continuous practice.
