An Empirical Study On Public Service Carrying Capacity Of Hebei Province

With the continuous expansion of urban scale in Hebei Province in recent years,while public services provide convenience for people's lives,the gap of public services is also increasing,and urban problems are also increasing,such as population education problems,environmental deterioration problems,medical security problems,etc.,which cause serious hidden dangers to the healthy development of the city.At present,the research of scholars at home and abroad focuses on the content of comprehensive carrying capacity,and the research on the carrying capacity of public service is still in the early stage of exploration.In this paper,the index system of carrying capacity of public service in Hebei Province is constructed,which includes three subsystems: pressure,pressure and control.By analyzing three subsystems interrelation and mutual influence,using the method of empirical analysis to analyze the rationality and scientific nature of public service carrying capacity in Hebei Province.According to the actual situation of Hebei Province,seven secondary indexes which can fully reflect the pressure of public service in Hebei Province,six indexes which reflect the supply of public service in Hebei Province are selected as the secondary index of pressure-bearing force,and two indexes are used as the secondary index of public service regulation in Hebei Province.And from the empirical research to improve and enhance the capacity of public services in Hebei Province policy recommendations.The correlation between the carrying capacity of public service in Hebei Province and the pressure bearing force and the control force is much higher than the pressure force.For example The key of how to improve the carrying capacity of public service quickly and efficiently lies in the regulation of pressure and control.The carrying capacity of public services in Hebei Province is in a downward trend,and the supply of public services has not yet met the demand.The supply of public services in Hebei Province is insufficient in medical treatment and education,and the overall pressure is insufficient,which leads to the outflow of population in underdeveloped areas,difficult economic development and low carrying capacity.There are differences in carrying capacity of public service between 11 cities in Hebei province.Inmedical and health,education,living environment and other aspects of different performance,there are their own shortcomings to make up for.The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the carrying capacity of public service are as follows :1 Strengthen the information the application of technology,and establish a public service platform.2.Rational urban planning and optimization of urban size.Government guidance and market action work together to improve the capacity of public services.4.Optimizing the distribution of population and economy and adjusting the carrying pressure of public services.Improve the carrying capacity of public services according to local conditions.
