Research On The Wisdom Pension Service Of The Old People’s Nutrition Institutions

At present,the problem of population aging has become an extremely serious social problem facing China,which has had a serious impact on the development of China’s social economy.With the rapid development of science and technology and the social environment of elderly care,the elderly care service has emerged as a new type of elderly care service,which greatly meets the diverse needs of the elderly for elderly care services.Various regions,provinces and cities across the country are working on the development of smart old-age care services.With the socialization of social welfare,the development of old people ’s nutritional institutions has received widespread attention from the society.The development of the old people’s nutrition institutions itself,so the transformation and development of smart elderly care services is the general trend and an urgent task.Under such a realistic background,it is of great practical significance to explore the smart old-age care service of old people’s nutrition institutions.This article uses the humanistic needs theory and welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical support,and uses the interview method and the observation method to conduct a case study on Jingan Yangqin Nursing Home,a typical old nutritional institution in Hefei.Through interviews and questionnaires with staff members,we can understand the basic situation of the elderly living in Jingan Nursing Care and Nursing Homes and the specific development status of smart elderly care services,and analyze them.Satisfaction with smart elderly care services in nursing homes.Based on the survey results,analyze the problems and causes of Jingan Nursing and Nursing Homes in the process of developing smart elderly care services.The survey found that the elderly are generally satisfied with the smart old-age care service in Jingan Nursing Home,but there are still standardized management of the smart old-age service to be strengthened during the development process,the smart old-age service fails to achieve resource sharing,and the smart old-age service personnel are unstable 2.The problem of mismatch between the supply and demand of smart old-age products and the low level of professionalization of volunteer organizations for old services.Through analysis,it is concluded that these problems are caused by the lack of unified standards for smart elderly care services,the lack of effective channel communication for the main body of smart elderly care services,the low social recognition of smart elderly care staff,the closed-door manufacturing of smart product R & D companies,and the lack of professional old-age training for volunteer organizations.Caused.These problems and reasons are to a large extent the dilemma faced by the majority of old-age nutrition institutions in developing smart old-age care services.Based on the practical experience of smart elderly care services,it proposes to improve the construction of industry norms and standard systems,to build information exchange channels for smart elderly care service subjects,to strengthen the construction of intelligent elderly care service talent teams,to enhance the interaction between intelligent product research and development enterprises and elderly care institutions,and to achieve wisdom for the elderly Countermeasures such as the effective connection between voluntary services and the needs of smart elderly care.
