Research On The Participation Of Commercial Endowment Insurance In The Public Pension Service Of Inner Mongolia Rural Pastoral Areas

Pension service security and satisfaction are the main indicators to measure social progress.To ensure and improve people's livelihood,we should focus on "providing medical care for the sick,providing for the aged,and providing support for the weak".At present,it is difficult for residents in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia to provide for the aged,and the gap between them and urban residents is gradually widening.However,the problem is actually facing the common people.How to participate in public pension services through commercial pension insurance,fulfill the social responsibility of assisting people's livelihood,effectively solve the problems faced by residents in rural and pastoral areas,and make the pension security system better benefit all residents in rural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia is an urgent problem to be solved.Through literature analysis,interview,questionnaire and other methods,with the help of social security,risk social,ERG analysis,new public pension services and other theories,the author combs and analyzes the current domestic and foreign research situation of this problem and related fields.On the basis of learning and summarizing the previous academic achievements,the author analyzes the current main problems,combined with the author himself Work experience,put forward effective solutions and work measures.On the one hand,from the perspective of openness and performance,this paper analyzes the relationship among local government,insurance market and insured individuals in the rural pastoral area pension system.On the other hand,it analyzes the history and current situation of commercial insurance participating in public pension service,the development environment of commercial pension insurance in rural pastoral areas,and draws a conclusion.In the thirdaspect,it analyzes the advantages of commercial endowment insurance over social endowment insurance.In the fourth aspect,the paper analyzes the participation of commercial endowment insurance in rural pastoral areas.Through case analysis and feasibility demonstration,this paper discusses and analyzes the rationality and feasibility of commercial endowment insurance participating in the elderly care service in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral areas,and the short-term,medium-term and long-term countermeasures to improve the level of commercial endowment insurance participating in the elderly care service in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral areas.Based on the background of endowment insurance policy and the aging of rural pastoral areas,this paper discusses the positive role and significance of commercial endowment insurance in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral areas.
