Research On EU General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) Under The Background Of Big Data Security

In recent years,Big Data as a new concept has swept the world,and gradually evolved into a new industry,which is applied to education,health care,economy and national governance and other aspects.Big Data,as resource,plays an important role in the development,soft power and competitiveness of a country.Big data will be the key competition among countries in the future.Big Data may have a huge impact on national governance mode,enterprise decision-making,organization and business process,and personal life style.Big data security will be related to the lifeblood of national information security.In this context,the implementation of the EU's General Data Protection Regulations has become the most influential and iconic regulation in the field of global Big Data security,which is worth further study.Taking GDPR as the starting point,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,interdisciplinary research,data and case analysis to analyze the history of EU big data protection,the current situation and future development direction of GDPR,which gives reference for the formulation of relevant policies in the field of Big Data security in China.From the perspective of digital economy,law and international relations,this paper analyzes the formation,implementation and related impacts of the regulations,which provides a comprehensive and diversified understanding of the EU General Data Protection Regulations.This paper can improve the importance of Big Data to national and regional security and enrich the connotation of research in the field of international relations.Furthermore,the author selects the cases of enterprises and countries to analyzes the impact of EU GDPR on individuals,enterprises and countries in different dimensions,which provides support for China to enhance the competitiveness of Big Data security and international relations in the future.
