Empirical Study On Business Environment Satisfaction From The Perspective Of Local Governance

According to the world bank's doing business 2020 report(DB2020)released on October 24,2019,China has moved up 15 places from last year to 31 st out of 190 economies in the world.On November 5,2019,general secretary xi jinping delivered a keynote speech at the second China international import expo(ciie),in which he gave a clear isstruction to "continue to improve the business environment".The concept of business environment has become an important part of China's current government governance and an important meass to improve modern governance.,therefore,business environment optimization both for countries or regioss,are significant,the various countries and regioss are aware of the business environment for economic development have the effect of power,so the academic circles in recent years,various countries should actively explore discuss how to implement the business environment optimization,and starting from different research perspectives,build different evaluation system,in order to find its internal logic.This paper aims at sorting out the concepts of business environment practice research in Shanghai and Kusshan and business environment assessment at home and abroad.Then,from the perspective of government governance,it analyzes the concepts and theories related to public satisfaction,business environment cosstruction,public service supply,and government behavior choice.Field investigation to Wenzhou,and according to the previous field interviews to design accord with the actual situation of the local business environment satisfaction assessment questionnaire,collecting the questionnaire,to KMO and bartlett test of the questionnaire data,and exploratory factor analysis,and build business environment satisfaction influencing factors model,using Logistic regression,Cobb-Douglas function analysis and test methods such as structural equation to the design of the assumptioss made in this paper,and theoretical model for empirical analysis.The research results of this paper are as follows: the three variables of the questionnaire subjects' educational level,the nature of the enterprise and the duration of the establishment of the enterprise have an impact on the degree of business environment satisfaction,but there is no significant correlation between the size of the enterprise staff and the degree of business environment satisfaction.When the measured variables acted solely on business environment satisfaction,factors such as government policy,market regulation,legal environment,isstitutional cost and infrastructure all had positive correlation with business environment.Therefore,the author believes that the government can improve the local business environment of wenzhou by optimizing government policies,legal environment,market supervision,system cost and infrastructure.
