Study On The Status Of Public Security Administrative Supervision Of Female Sexual Offenders In X City

With the rapid economic and social development,sexual illegal activities are still repeated despite banned by the state laws and regulations.Public security departments have been committed to fighting against sexual illegality and sexual crimes,and public security administrative supervision is adopted for suspects who engage in sexual illegal activities.No matter what specific measures are taken,it is not just punishment,but for salvation,education and reform.Though the detention education system was abolished in December 2019,there are still important issues regarding how to better supervise,educate,and reform the astray women.This thesis takes the administrative detention center and the reception education center of X city as the research object.Through empirical investigations,the current status of the astray women in city X and why they involved in illegal activities are studied and the current situation of administrative supervision in X city is analyzed in this thesis.Aiming to more effective containment and supervision of female sexual illegality,the thesis investigated the changes in supervision under the new policy by comparing the daily supervision measures and outcomes in the two periods with and without the detention education system.Meanwhile,to promote the development of the administrative supervision system of public security department,this thesis pointed out a few issues existing in the supervision process of the public security department through in-depth analysis.These issues involve supervision subjects,supervision methods,supervision mechanisms,supporting facilities and other aspects in the supervision process.A few potential reasons are found,such as insufficient allocation of police force,insufficient attention by leaders,and serious shortage of funds.On this basis,the author puts forward a series of constructive countermeasures and suggestions.Regarding how to strengthen the public security administrative supervision of the astray women,the supervision department should refine the assessment plan,improve the medical service,establish a feedback system,and reduce the probability of recidivism;as to the construction of female police force,it is hoped that the first-line police force allocation can be optimized and preferential police treatment measures should be implemented to improve the rights and interests protection mechanism.In terms of improving the management system of public security administrative facilities,the government should increase special funds and increase the hardware facilities of the supervision institutions.At the same time,more attention should be paid to psychological counseling to highlight the practical value of psychological correction.
