With the gradual improvement of China’s economic development level,the contradictions among the people are gradually highlighted.Similarly,the police work in Tianhe District of Guangzhou is also facing greater and greater pressure and challenges.In this context,career resilience is one of the indispensable abilities of Guangzhou Tianhe District public security police.Career resilience is conducive to the public security police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City to better adapt to the social environment and the change of work requirements to take a positive way to cope with the challenges of the public security police in Tianhe District,Guangzhou City.This study aims at the theoretical exploration and empirical study of the career resilience of the police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City,providing theoretical basis for the improvement of the career resilience of the police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City and the effective management of the police department.The characteristics and influencing factors of career resilience of police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City were theoretically constructed and quantified.The specific methods used are data analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.208 police officers from the public security sub-bureau of Tianhe District,Guangzhou City were selected as study samples through convenient sampling,and questionnaires were distributed.208 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.The research results are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in gender,education level,income level,native place,graduated school,major,political status,management level,work department and other demographic variables in the occupational resilience level of public security police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou.It is significantly affected by demographic variables such as age,marital status and education background.(2)the occupational resilience of police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City was significantly affected by the support of superiors,colleagues and occupational management of organizational variables.(3)the occupational resilience of police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou was significantly affected by individual variables such as spouse support,psychological capital and physical health.There are three ways to improve the professional resilience of the police in Tianhe District of Guangzhou.Fist,Improve the professional resilience management ability of the police in Tianhe District,Guangzhou;Second,the organizational level should strengthen the cultivation of career resilience of the public security police in Tianhe District,Guangzhou.Third,for the induction training and education of the public security police in Tianhe District,Guangzhou,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of occupational toughness of the public security police in Tianhe District,and incorporate it into the pre-service education and training of the public security police in Tianhe District.There are three strategies to improve the career resilience of police in Tianhe District,Guangzhou.Fist,strategies for enhancing protective factors;Second,Risk factor reduction strategy;Third,group development strategy.Organizational level strengthen the cultivation of Guangzhou Tianhe District police career resilience,bring career resilience in personnel management,resilience cultivation project and other aspects into police orientation of Tianhe district,Guangzhou.in the daily education to strengthen the cultivation of the Guangzhou Tianhe District police career resilience,incorporate career resilience in Guangzhou Tianhe the content of police education and training. |
