Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Prosecution In Handling Cases Of Rllegal Fund Raising Take Urumqi As A Sample

Recent years,with the continuous development of our country's economy,a large number of cases of illegal fundraising involving,such as "e rental treasure" and "Pan Asia",have recently appeared throughout the country.The cases of illegal fund-raising,which caused great losses to the people's property,seriously disturbed the socialist market economic order in our country,affected the healthy development of Jinrongshichang in our country,and undermined the social harmony and stability.Urumqi,an underdeveloped area in the West,has also encountered such problems.The situation of illegal fundraising is also very serious.The case of Gaofapin,especially Internet finance,has developed rapidly in recent years and has aroused widespread concern in the society.It also brings new challenges to the disposal of illegal fund-raising activities.This article summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions of the procuratorial organs in handling illegal fund-raising cases through combing and analyzing the cases handled by the procuratorial organs in Urumqi and find the entry point for research.The second part mainly introduces the basic concept and scope of illegal fundraising and the current situation of China's fight against illegal fundraising.The third part mainly analyzes the cases of illegal fund-raising handled by the prosecutor's office in Urumqi in the past five years,and summarizes the status quo and main characteristics of illegal fundraising in Urumqi and typical cases.The fourth part,mainly from the perspective of judicial practice,introduces the various difficulties encountered by the procuratorial organs in handling criminal cases of illegal fund-raising.On the basis of the previous research,the fifth part puts forward some countermeasures for the prosecution to handle the illegal fund-raising cases.
