A Study On Residents Participate In Community Service Of J Community In Gulou District,Fuzhou City

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the focus of social governance should be shifted to the grassroots level.The opinions of the the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on strengthening and improving urban and rural community governance pointed out that the starting point and goal of urban and rural community governance is to serve and benefit residents.In order to improve the level of community governance in urban and rural areas,it is necessary to rely on residents,organize residents to participate in community governance in an orderly manner in accordance with the law,enhance the ability of community residents to participate in community governance,and gradually realize a good atmosphere of community governance in which everyone participates,does his best and enjoys all.At present,community has become the basic unit of social governance and the "last mile" of social governance.Community service is an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Community service presents a diversified development trend due to the different composition of community residents and different interest demands.Residents' participation is an indispensable part of community service.The degreeand level of residents' participation in community services affect the effectiveness of community services.Based on the governance theory and new public service theory,this study uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to analyze the current situation of residents' participation in community services in J community of fuzhou.It is found that residents in J community have problems such as weak participation initiative,low degree of participation and low degree of participation in the organization of community services.Then,it analyzes the reasons from the aspects of residents' motivation to participate in community services,participation mechanism and ways to participate in the organization form of community services.By reference to other domestic cities to promote residents participate in community service experience,put forward to improve the residents participate in community service consciousness and ability,to strengthen the residents participate in community service mechanism and platform construction,improve the residents to participate in the organization form of community service,strengthening the community worker team construction and so on,help the government formulate related policies and measures to promote community residents to participate in community service,to further enhance the level of community service and improve the life of happiness and satisfaction.
