Research On The Safety Control Of Online Vehicle Restriction Under The Background Of Shared Economy

Since Airbnb was founded in 2008,the sharing economy has been in the world for ten years.After entering China’s economic market,the sharing economy has developed rapidly and extended to various fields such as transportation and housing,providing new opportunities for the vigorous development of China’s economy.However,opportunities are bound to be accompanied by challenges.Due to the short development time,sharing economy also brings various social and economic problems.As the market regulator and the public servant,Chinese government needs to use its own regulatory means to ensure the sound and healthy development of sharing economy.In this paper,by way of questionnaire survey,intuitive understanding of people about the present situation of the vehicle attitude for network,analyzes the network about possible safety hazards,and in zhengzhou flight attendant murder case as a breakthrough point,from the government’s text,text,the text of the public,the media involved network about car platform combining its own corrective actions and questionnaire survey,the Shared economy under the background of network study about vehicle control.Through the study found that the Chinese government on the net about the car safety control is still the anti-monopoly enforcement authority overseeing implementation does not reach the designated position,lack of efficiency,backward emergency mechanism,combined with the real time situation,the author thinks that to: to establish the government and the platform data sharing between enterprises,improve the supervision system,prevention and control of monopoly industry,and establish,platform between the government and the departments of collaborative emergency management system.
