The Research On The Public Safety Management Issues Of Township Governments Under The Perspective Of Supply-side Structural Reform

At present,China’s economy and society are undergoing modern transformation and rapid development,and various social contradictions have erupted.Various kinds of public security problems also occur frequently,affecting the people’s sense of security,sense of acquisition and happiness,but also greatly affecting the credibility of the government among the people.According to the relevant data,in recent years,serious and extraordinary public safety accidents have occurred repeatedly at the grass-roots level in towns and villages across the country.As the grass-roots level government in China,the township government directly connects with the village(community)in its daily work,which determines that the township government can directly detect and warn all kinds of public security problems,and can respond to and solve them in the first time after such security problems occur.We must further improve the public safety management capacity of the town government and build the first barrier to deal with all kinds of public safety problems at the grass-roots level.In the development process of public safety management in China,the main contradiction is that people’s increasing demand for public safety is not satisfied with the supply.Only through the structural reform on th e supply side and grasping the objective fact that the supply and demand do not match,can we better resolve the contradiction and promote the healthy development of the supply of public safety products.In view of the present situation of public safety management of township government in China,this paper synthesizes various scientific methods,analyses the research results of public safety management of government in various fields at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems existing in public safe ty management of township government in China and the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement from the perspective of supply-side structural reform,so as to cope with the occurrence of various public safety problems.To reduce the losses from the institutional mechanism.Guided by the theory of supply-side structural reform,the public safety management of township governments in China clearly defines four basic requirements: establishing the concept of public safety management in the new era,taking people’s needs as the basic basis of public safety supply,making up for the shortcomings of public safety products supply,and improving the management system of public safety emergency plans.At the same time,in this perspective,although the township government has made a lot of efforts in public safety management,there are still some shortcomings,such as not really establishing the concept of public safety management in the new era,not providing public safety strictly in accordance with the needs of the people,not fully filling in the shortcomings of public safety products supply,and not yet improving the management system of public safety emergency plans,and weak implementation.The reasons are that the government and the public lack public safety awareness,government responsiveness,lack of foresight and service,difficult to form a coordinated supply pattern of public security,and limited supply capacity of public security of township government.In view of these shortcomings,the author puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing the concept of public safety management in the new era,building a forward-looking government based on the needs of the people,cultivating the pattern of multi-subject collaborative supply of public safety,completing the shortcomings of public safety product supply in an all-round way,and establishing and perfecting the management system of public safety emergency plans,to strive to improve the supply-side structural reform perspective.Public safety management of township governments in China.
