Research On Female Social Organization Cultivation Model

Female social organization is one of the important subjects of social governance,which plays an irreplaceable role in social economy,social governance and social development.However,in terms of overall development requirements in the new era,female social organizations still have problems such as insufficient and unbalanced development,and their strength is relatively weak on the whole.Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),in order to promote the development of female social organizations and guide them to participate in social governance,the women’s federations of various regions have made active explorations in the cultivation of female social organizations.Taking Hangzhou Yijiayuan female social organization association as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes their practices and experiences in the cultivation of female social organizations,focusing on the tracking analysis of the structure,operation mode and effectiveness of ‘Female Social Organization Home Plan’ project,summarizes the cultivation experience that can be used for reference.In view of the difficulties and problems in the process of the cultivation and practice of female social organizations,this paper puts forward long-term strategies and short-term countermeasures for the cultivation of female social organizations.
