Study On "Internet +" Home-based Care Services

In China,with the continuous improvement of medical science and technology,the continuous improvement of social security system,and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the average life expectancy in China has reached 76 years old,exceeding the global average of 5 years old.Aging is no longer a common social problem,but an ecological problem,even a serious issue of people’s livelihood.Its healthy development concerns the social harmony,cultural prosperity,economic development,ecological balance and national strength.The traditional family pension model has been unable to meet the needs of social development and people,but the emergence and popularization of intelligent technology has brought a turning point for the elderly.On February 6,2017,the ministry of civil affairs,the ministry of industry and information technology,and the national health and family planning commission issued the action plan for the development of the smart health and elderly care industry(2017-2020),which promoted the smart elderly care model to the national strategic level.The smart pension model,which combines technologies such as Internet and information communication with traditional pension services,can not only adapt to the social and economic development,but also effectively make up for the deficiencies of the traditional pension model.The "Internet +" thinking has become a necessary measure to break the reform of China’s pension development and an important means to realize the development of people’s livelihood.Exampled by a certain pension center of ningbo city as a "Internet +" home endowment service research object,through literature research,depth interview method,comparative research,case analysis research methods,such as the since its launch in September 2017 the wisdom of the endowment service platform in the "Internet +" family endowment service mode to study the present situation of the application of analysis,discussion of the pension service model under the conditions of the big data in the process of developing the old people and convenience,according to MPA curriculum knowledge in theory,puts forward the solutions to the existing problems.The pension center in ningbo haishu,under the guidance of the provincial government entrust hangzhou yidu the wisdom of the network technology co.,LTD,research and development design district-level endowment service platform,establishing database of district-level endowment service resources,and guide the diversified social main body participation "Internet +" family pension,Simon through pilot streets of the old wisdom endowment service process tracking and the results of data analysis,found that the current block "Internet +" family endowment service of the main problems are: "Internet +" family endowment service supply and demand imbalance;Poor service quality;Poor service quality evaluation and feedback;The elderly do not have strong autonomy in purchasing services.This is mainly because of the bilateral supply and demand information asymmetry of the service;Lack of mechanism to supervise service principal agent;Lack of "Internet +" pension service evaluation system;The fund channel of "Internet +" pension service is single.This paper also puts forward some Suggestions to promote the healthy development of "Internet +" home-based care service in China by considering the excellent "Internet +" home-based care model at home and abroad.
