Research On Innovation And Path Optimization Of Humanistic Care Of Grass-roots Civil Servants In Poverty Alleviation

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee has listed poverty alleviation as the core work of building a well-off society in an all-round way,which is the most important work in the central and western regions of China.In 2020,China will solve the problem of rural poverty under the current standards.Poverty alleviation tasks are approaching the time nodes,and poverty alleviation work has entered a critical stage.Grass-roots civil servants,the core force in poverty alleviation,have exposed some problems.With the continuous progress of poverty alleviation work,various kinds of inspection and supervision,formalism has risen.Various kinds of accountability and traces of relevant management departments have caused great psychological pressure on grass-roots civil servants,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of grass-roots civil servants.On the other hand,due to poor basic conditions and backward economy in poverty-stricken areas,it is impossible to provide better working and living conditions and competitive remuneration.In addition,some grass-roots civil servants are not strict with themselves,lack of spiritual slackness,lack of enthusiasm and initiative to improve their comprehensive quality,and so on.Think,lead to inefficiency,team morale,poverty alleviation work continued to advance in depth has been affected to a certain extent.The current poverty alleviation work urgently needs to find out the causes of the related problems,strengthen the humanistic care for grass-roots civil servants,inspire the spirit of the poverty alleviation team,and lay a solid foundation for realizing the goal of poverty alleviation in 2020 and solving the relative poverty problem in the backward areas of economic development in the central and Western regions of China after 2020.Based on the practical experience of Y County in carrying out a pilot test on the relevant policies,methods and measures of humanistic care of grass-roots civil servants,this paper systematically summarizes,summarizes and analyses the problems encountered in practice and the solutions tried.Firstly,it defines the concepts related to the research,collates and refines a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,and expounds the theoretical basis of this paper and its correspondence with the article.Secondly,this paper summarizes the main practices of implementing humanistic care for grass-roots civil servants in Y county and the achievements achieved at this stage,and points out that the relevant innovative practices in Y County strengthen the management ability of grass-roots civil servants,enhance the efficiency of grass-roots Party committee and government departments,enhance the ability of grass-roots civil servants themselves,and promote grass-roots civil servants.Wu’s morale and the achievement of poverty alleviation goals are of positive significance.Finally,it summarizes the problems and shortcomings in solving the current stage from different levels and perspectives,systematically analyses the causes of the problems,and,on the basis of learning from advanced experience and innovative practices,considers from two different perspectives: the subject and the object of the path to realize the humanistic care of grass-roots civil servants.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the realization of humanistic care of grass-roots civil servants.
