In recent years,China's administrative organizations have gradually realized the ha rm of administrative omission and actively sought corresponding solutions in the proce ss of strengthening the construction of administrative staff.Academic circles have also put forward different theories in order to find the best solution mechanism,but up to now there is no unified theoretical consensus.The author studies the causes and Cou ntermeasures of administrative omission from the perspective of public management.B ased on Barnard's theory of organizational balance,the author analyses the internal bal ance,external balance and dynamic balance of administrative organization.Taking the lawsuit statistics of administrative omission in S City of Guangdong Province as an e xample,the author points out the concrete manifestation of administrative omission.Fo rm,and put forward the corresponding solutions,in order to seek a fundamental soluti on to administrative omission.The demonstration process of this paper is as follows: firstly,it expounds the rela ted concepts of administrative omission,quotes different theories of scholars,analyses administrative omission,puts forward the connotation and basic characteristics of admi nistrative omission;secondly,it analyses the applicability of administrative omission wi th the theory of organizational balance,and elaborates the applicable group.The value and validity of the theory of organizational balance;thirdly,taking the lawsuit statistics of administrative omission in S City of Guangdong Province as an example,the sp ecific manifestations of administrative omission are put forward.Taking specific cases of administrative omission as theoretical research reference,this paper provides practica l support for putting forward the causes and governance of administrative omission.F ourthly,based on the manifestations of administrative omission,the paper uses the the ory of organizational balance and combines the unbalanced performance of administrati ve omission in the internal,external and dynamic aspects of the organization to analyz e its causes.Analysis.Emphasize the seriousness of its harm and the urgency to solve it;Finally,use the theory of organizational balance to elaborate the solutions to admi nistrative omission,from the perspective of administrative organization and administrati ve personnel,draw specific countermeasures to solve administrative omission,and ulti mately provide valuable related construction for fundamentally solving administrative o mission.Discussion.
