The Study On The Legal Mechanism To Exclude Terrorists' Abuse Of Refugee Status

The rampant terrorism is not only one of the main reasons for the increase in the number of refugees,but also a huge obstacle for the international community to protect the refugee group.On this basis,the abuse of refugee status by terrorists has caused conflicts and tensions in the operation of the two international law sections,international refugee protection and international anti-terrorism.How to effectively deal with and eliminate terrorists` abuse of refugee status,and study the existing legal mechanisms in different entry points,such as beforehand screening and ex-post facto exclusion,have become a major topic in today's international legal system.On the premise that terrorists abuse refugee status mainly through false asylum and violation of refugee obligations,it can be found that the possibility of terrorists` abuse of refugee status has been responded actively at all levels of the international community through international treaties,regional laws and rules,relevant anti-terrorism and refugee protection legislation of various countries,and operational mechanisms of international organizations.However,there are also many limitations from the perspective of law.In order to effectively deal with this problem,it not only needs the improvement of international law and domestic legal mechanisms,but also needs the international intelligence sharing and judicial cooperation at all levels.On this basis,it is of great significance to study the legal mechanism to exclude terrorists from abusing refugee status.
