Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Rural Convenience Service Platform

The rural convenience service platform is in line with the general trend of deepening reform.The government based on the service-oriented government concept and relying on the government network platform to provide a new type of public service carrier,its fundamental purpose is to improve the quality of public services at the grassroots level,improve the administrative efficiency of the government,and facilitate the people.The masses produce and live.It goes without saying that the rural convenience service platform has important practical significance for promoting the rural revitalization strategy.However,as a new type of convenience service carrier and form,there are still many problems in the construction of rural convenience service platform,and there are also large regional differences in its development level,especially how to further strengthen the construction of rural convenience service platform and realize its service provision.Quality and efficiency have become an important issue in its construction and management.Based on the survey of rural convenience service platform in Zi-yang District,Yi-yang City,Hunan Province,this paper takes the theory of new public service and public governance as the theoretical basis,and uses literature research methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods to collect and sort out rural conveniences in Zi-yang District.Based on the information related to the construction and development of the service platform,a comprehensive analysis of the scale,construction standards and service functions of the rural convenience service platform was carried out.Through the questionnaire survey of the service objects,it was found that the public satisfaction was not high.On this basis,further analysis shows that the current construction of rural convenience service platforms mainly includes problems such as imperfect online government services,poor service facilities for convenience service platforms,service quality and business level to be improved,and platform supervision needs to be strengthened.To this end,on the basis of learning from foreign construction and management experience of rural public service centers,the main strategies for strengthening the construction of village convenience service platforms and realizing the quality and efficiency of their services are as follows: First,improve e-government and improve office level;It is to strengthen infrastructure construction and provide service and environmental protection;the third is to improve the staff management system for rural convenience service platform;the fourth is to strengthen the supervision mechanism.
