As a deep-seated line,civil servants at the grass-roots level have opened up the key link of serving the people's “last mile”.This group is not only a mass information feedback person,but also an interpreter and executive of government policies.The behavior of the group is not only related to the effect of public services.And administrative efficiency is a direct image of the party and the government in the people's image,affecting the government's credibility.Under the environment of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,in the process of building a service-oriented,efficient and clean government that is satisfactory to the people of the new era,the performance and attitude of grass-roots civil servants are the key factors affecting the progress.Therefore,find effective incentive mechanisms.It is particularly important to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of grassroots civil servants.This paper takes the B area of Dongying City as the research object,and starts from the motivation status of the grassroots civil servants in the area.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and international research results,combing the relevant incentives,and analyzing the Dongying City B through questionnaires and free interviews.The current situation and existing problems of the grassroots civil service incentive system in the district,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Finally,combined with the basic situation of Dongying City B,systematically sum up the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism for grassroots civil servants within the framework of national system and policy.At the same time,in the actual research process of the thesis,not only the relevant theories of the incentive mechanism of the grassroots civil servants are used,but the actual situation of Dongying City is used in the form of questionnaires,after the effective data analysis of the questionnaires is obtained.Using data as a support and research argument,persuasiveness is further strengthened.In this paper,a large number of tables and numerical analysis charts are also used for comparative analysis in many aspects,which makes the research results more vivid.In addition,the research object of this paper is the grassroots civil servant.Considering the particularity of the group,as the largest group in the civil servant team,in-depth study of its incentive mechanism to improve the efficiency of government affairs,establish a good public image,and improve the government's public trust.Degree has important practical significance.
