A Study On The Improvement Of The Ideological Leading Power Of The Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In Luxi County,Yunnan Province

Nowadays,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the rural economy,politics,culture and other environments have changed dramatically.The research on the promotion of the ideological leading force of rural grass-roots party organizations is not only for the purpose of contributing experience to rural work of rural grass-roots party organizations,but also for the purpose of further exploring its internal laws,so as to better increase certain theoretical reference for the effective promotion of the ideological leading force of rural grass-roots party organizations.In this paper,based on the overview of the relevant theories of the ideological leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations,and then reviewed the historical experience of the ideological leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations,and then from a micro perspective,taking Luxi County in Yunnan Province as an example,selected three types of rural areas,namely,urban villages,suburban villages and remote rural areas for field investigation,elaborated the current Luxi County Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the improvement of the ideological leadership of the rural grassroots party organizations in Luxi County.The text includes the following four parts:In the first part,the relevant theories of the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations are sorted out and summarized,including the basic connotation,main content and era value of the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations.To study the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations,we must first have a deep understanding of the essence,main content and basic characteristics of the ideological leading power of the Communist Party of China.On the basis of deep understanding,it concludes that the main contents of the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations are political centripetal force,value cohesion,style demonstration force and organizational fighting force,and summarizes the era value of the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations.The second part expounds the historical experience of the promotion of the ideological leading power of rural grass-roots party organizations.The main contents include the historical experience in the period of new democratic revolution,from the founding of the people's Republic to the reform and opening up,and since the reform and opening up.The third part,through the analysis of the field survey,objectively sorted out the actual situation and influencing factors of the promotion of the ideological leadership of rural grassroots party organizations in Luxi County,Yunnan Province.This paper summarizes the main achievements and practical difficulties of improving the ideological leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations in Luxi County,and analyzes the influencing factors of improving the ideological leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations in Luxi County from both internal and external aspects.The fourth part,in view of the actual situation of improving the ideological leadership of the rural grass-roots party organizations in Luxi County,puts forward the corresponding strategies for improving the ideological leadership of the rural grass-roots party organizations in Luxi County,which mainly includes improving the political centripetal force by rooting in the village,advancing with the times,enhancing the value cohesion,persistently improving the style demonstration force and striving for innovation to improve the organizational fighting force.
