Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside In Xiangtan City

“The construction of Beautiful countryside” is one of the most important practice on solving the problem of “Agriculture,Farmer and Rural Areas” when General Secretary Xi Jinping was leading in Zhejiang Province who took charge and deployed Zhejiang's Green Rural Revival Program as a typical practice of “The construction of Beautiful countryside” in early 2003.And thirteen years later in 2018,the central authorities officially put forward the concept of “The construction of Beautiful countryside” besides the concepts of “Beautiful China” and “Ecological civilization” which obviously embodies the connection of ecological idea and the practice of Beautiful countryside.It is an important principle to follow th at we use ecological idea as a guide in the construction of Beautiful countryside.It's been thirteen years since Xiangtan City started the construction of Beautiful countryside,and the framework of the construction of Beautiful countryside has formed,Agricultural industry is transforming and growing,the activity of the base is shown up,rural infrastructure construction is perfecting constantly and the urban-rural gap in Xiangtan is narrowing.Meanwhile a lot of problems were exposed such as low continuity of policies,lack of capital,unscientific planning,short of endogenetic impetus and lack of maintenance of infrastructure.The main reasons for these are: lack of kernel guide think,paying inadequate attention,being impatient for success and lack of subject consciousness of farmers.In view of this,we have to strengthen the ecologic idea as the core of the construction of Beautiful countryside.By raising awareness of ecology,deepening rural reform,building a frame of co-construction and sharing,improving residents environment of rural area,upgrading rural economy and inheriting and developing traditional culture,we have developed the beautiful countryside as a flat roof of activating the ecological value,balancing urban and rural development,constructing a new mode of governance and made a revival in rural areas.
