An Empirical Study On The Characteristics Of Corruption And Bribery Criminals

At present,China's economy has entered a period of take-off,and the people's living standards have been continuously improved.As a manager of various national work affairs,state workers play an important role in promoting social and economic development.In the process,some people inevitably appear.The imbalance of mentality,the use of its power,the influence of duties,the implementation of corruption and bribery,which seriously affect the stability of society and the sustained development of the national economy,is greatly concerned by the party and the country.Corruption and bribery offenders have their own unique characteristics that distinguish them from other offenders,which has become a topic of current research on corruption prevention.Based on the perspective of criminology,through theoretical analysis of the concept of the offender and the characteristics of the offender,the research scope of the characteristics of the corrupt and bribery criminals is determined and the external identity and subjective psychological characteristics of the corrupt and bribery criminals are empirically studied.Taking the external identity characteristics as a sample,the author makes a quantitative analysis of the external identity characteristics of the corrupt and bribery offenders,and draws the following conclusions: the age factor generally affects the acquisition of the authority,and the social stratification function of the educational factor affects the crime.The type,the corruption and bribery crimes of women can not be ignored,the identity of the subject and the tendency of the policy are inseparable,and the corrupt and bribery offenders have increased at the level of state power.For the subjective psychological characteristics,based on the collected confessionals combined theory,the author summarizes the current psychological characteristics of the loss of guilty responsibility,lack of belief,self-cognitive bias,and lack of self-discipline,and then adopts the scientific method of field interviews.The influence of absolute rights,subcultures of corrupt groups,family factors and low income levels on the subjective psychological characteristics of corrupt and bribery offenders.Through the empirical research on the characteristics of corrupt and bribery criminals,based on the current analysis of the current situation and existing problems of corruption and bribery offenders,the countermeasures against corruption and bribery offenders have been improved,that is,education should be strengthened to improve personal quality andrestrain family members.In order to build a good family environment,high salary and honesty to improve the material conditions of national staff,strengthen psychological monitoring and guidance to build a unit environment for human care.
