Design And Implementation Of Legal Book Publishing Management System

With the rapid development of digitalization and networking technology,IT technology is widely used in publishing industry.However,in the traditional legal book publishing management,there are still some practical demand problems,such as sophisticated publishing process,long publishing audit cycle,strong publishin g policy of legal books and so on.How to combine IT innovation technology to optimize and upgrade the traditional management mode of legal book publishing is a valuable theme.Therefore,after the author have done thoroughly analysis of the application needs,we can found in-depth system analysis,design and development work around the topic selection,publication,settlement and distribution of legal books this thesis carries out.The author discussed the framework of legal book publishing system,used J2 EE hierarchical architecture,integrates JSP,JavaBean,EJB,JDBC and other open technologies,and chooses ORACLE database and WebLogic applicatio n server as the basic platform,all these methods is used for the needs of legal book publishin g management,At the same time,the author designed a highly flexible and scalable system architecture based on SOA technology,deploy,assemble and apply loosely coupled coarse-grained application components in a distributed way,so that we can face the changes of publishing process more calmly.The functions of the system are designed with full process and modularization to meet the high concurrency requirement.The system introduces the middle layer for database operation and provides a unified interface for client business pr ocessing through remote processing technology.The database system establishes laws and regulations database,author database,case database and the settings containing the contents of legal exercises database,which is more in line with the needs of legal book publishing.In terms of security,the software adopts a multi-level authority control system.The operations of the users are written into the operation log.Administrators can check which users are online and what operations they have done at any time.This thesis integrates manuscript reviewing,publishing and printing,takes editing and legal book cost statistics as the core,realizes editing module,publishin g module,settlement module,distribution module,financial module and analysis module.The system is enabled flexible processing flow in the user-defined workflow,modular workflow can be added to judge the contradiction between customized screening and comparison function of legal sensitive words,controversial research and judgment of judicial interpretation.The system designs and implements the module of intelligent review and topic selection intelligent reception.It mainly applies data warehouse,data mining and visualization technology.At the same time,it combines with innovative management concepts such as analysis,prediction,optimization and integration,we can use these methods in the field of analysis legal book data.The module includes topics declaration,topic maintenance,topic review,topic selection demonstration,topic sele ction review,topic selection approval,topic selection issuance,topic selection demonstration,major topic selection filing and topic selection handover.The system can achieve the intelligent retrieval of legal sensitive vocabulary,sensitive persons,legal controversial content,screening,intelligent label classification and so on.Finally,the paper designs and implements an easy-to-operate and extensible legal book publishing information management system.The author has tested the system,testing documents writing,and the business processes,all these are able to meet the needs of users.
