Research On The New Era Grassroots Party Building In Higher Education

On September 29,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Education Conference,emphasizing make "Comprehensively Strengthening the Party's Leadership Over Education Task" as the cornerstone of the Party Building Task.The grassroots party organizations in higher education must be solid and stable in order to play a strong battle fortress effect.Although there are many research results on the grassroots party building in higher education,with the development of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics entering the "new era",a series of new requirements and new challenges have been put forward for the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,and in the new historical background era,the related research in this field is still in the initial exploration stage.Under this view,this paper takes on the research of how to carry out the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era,and it is timely and necessary.It studies the political party theory in the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era,the combat effectiveness of grassroots combat fortresses,the innovation of institution mechanism construction,and the new requirements for the cultivation of talents;Through investigation and analysis of the achievements and existing problems of the current grassroots party organizations in higher education,it focuses on issues from the four aspects of ideological construction,organizational construction,system construction,and work style construction to put forward practical and feasible countermeasures for the construction of grassroots party organizations in higher education in the new era.In the ideological construction aspect,we will further strengthen the ideological and political construction in the new era by promoting the "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" educational activities,learning institutionalization of education,carrying out the policy education of the new era situation,and implementing the evaluation of the results of political theory learning;In the organizational construction aspect,by giving full play to the political leading role of grassroots party organizations,standardizing and innovating the party organization living system,promoting the combination of organizational construction and school center work,and further giving full play to the main role of organizational construction in grassroots party building;In the system construction aspect,to the "double training" working mechanism,establish a sound communication link and timely discovery mechanism,and create measures to promote the "Party Building +" upgraded version of the work model,and further improve the institutional construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era;in the work style construction aspect,through full implementation work style construction task list and problem list,strengthen the "Four Kinds of Awareness" of party members,strictly implement the supervision and discipline accountability mechanism and other measures,and further improve the work style of grassroots party organizations in the new era.
