Steady On The Legality Review System Of Major Administrative Decisions In China

With the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new period,the domestic and foreign many significant changes in circumstances,these changes reflected in the field of government decision-making,puts forward new requirements on government decision-making more scientific and more efficient.This is the background of the era of the legitimacy censorship of major administrative decisions.It has been a decade since the legitimacy review was formally introduced in the 2008 state council rules of work.Although the start is late,but due to receive enough attention,the development speed is fast,now has formed a relatively perfect system.However,we cannot be complacent about the achievements we have made.We should also clearly recognize that in China,the legitimacy review of major administrative decisions is still in its infancy,and some details need to be improved.In this article,through the existing legitimacy censorship rules for major administrative decision-making research,combined with personal point of view,advice,hope to perfect our country major administrative decision-making legitimacy censorship contributes own strength.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the topic selection,as well as the current research status in the field of major decision-making legitimacy review.It provides reference for the study of post-text.The first chapter mainly reviews the relevant concepts such as major administrative decision and legality review,as well as the basic elements of the legitimacy review system of China’s major administrative decision-making.To clarify the connotation of the legality review system of major administrative decisions and the relevant contents and procedures of the implementation will lay the foundation for the follow-up study.The second chapter summarizes the current situation of the operation in China through the review of the legality of major administrative decision-making,including the current situation,the deficiency and the reasons for the deficiency.The Suggestions for the improvement of the legality review system of major administrative decisions are more targeted.The last part of the article is divided into four aspects,which is the suggestion for theexisting deficiencies of the legal review system of major administrative decisions.This includes the establishment of an independent review system(the innovation of the article),the improvement of the standards of review,the transparency of the enhanced review process,and the construction of a perfect accountability system.
