Research On Public Security Prevention And Control Management In Guang’an City Under The Background Of Big Data

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of domestic economic level,the acceleration of urbanization process,the increasingly frequent mobility of personnel,various new types of social security crime means emerge unclearly,which has brought great pressure to the social security management of public security organs around the country.The emergence of big data technology provides new ideas and solutions for the construction of social security prevention and control system,and has achieved good results in concrete practice.In recent years,in the management of social security prevention and control,Guang’an City is facing many problems,such as strong mobility of personnel,complex security management environment and so on.Promoted by the macro-policy of vigorously promoting the management of social security with big data,Guang’an Public Security Bureau has gradually realized the informationization of social security management business since 2013,and built a DQB platform for the prevention and control of social security with big data in 2016.Through nearly three years of promotion and application,DQB Platform has played a very significant role in the social security management of Guang’an City.However,in the construction of large data social security prevention and control system,Guang’an Public Security Bureau is also facing many problems and challenges.In the research work of this thesis,the author collects and collates the big data and the related documents and materials of social security prevention and control,based on the research results of predecessors,through quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,makes a more comprehensive analysis of the current situation andachievements of the construction of the big data social security prevention and control system in Guang’an City.In this study,the basic concepts of social security prevention and control system and big data are sorted out,and the theoretical basis of this study is established.At the same time,the thesis introduces the social governance theory and multi center governance theory related to the research work,and discusses the application and Enlightenment in the construction of big data social security prevention and control system.Secondly,according to many years of front-line work experience in the public security industry,this thesis collated and introduced the basic situation of social security prevention and control in Guang’an City,analyzed the application status and achievements of big data in the prevention and control of public security in the market,and analyzed the deficiencies and reasons in the construction of big data social security prevention and control system.The main problems include Including insufficient human resources,poor software compatibility and hardware performance of the platform,low quality of data collection and input,low data integration and mining capacity,small application of platform functions,and inability to achieve effective decision-making assistance,etc.At the same time,according to many years of frontline work experience in the public security industry,and referring to the experience of developed countries and other regions in the construction of large data social security prevention and control system,the thesis puts forward targeted improvement suggestions and measures.Based on the basic situation of Guang’an city’s social security prevention and control system construction,as well as the problems and difficulties faced in public security management,this thesis synthesizes the software and hardware technology and network technology related to big data,and explores the feasible ways and methods for the construction of modern intelligent public security prevention and control system under the new situation,including strengthening the introduction and training of information technology professionals,the overall planning of big data construction,the training and implementation of big data awareness,the participation of all sectors of society and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,etc.
