In recent years,major securities violations such as " ZHU WEI MING CASE ","MA LE CASE" and the sky-high fines issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission reflect that with the continuous development of China’s securities market the continuous innovation of business models has led to the emergence of various new types of securities violations.As the front line of investigating criminals’ criminal responsibility,public security organs must pay attention to their connection with administrative law enforcement agencies and take effective investigations to combat securities crimes and maintain the stability of the securities market.How can the public security organs effectively carry out transfer connection,evidence connection,and investigation cooperation during the investigation?
