Research On Cooperative Organization Mechanism In Central Soviet Region

In a special social environment,in order to restore and develop the economy of the Soviet Area,the Chinese Soviet governments at all levels have launched a cooperative movement,which is an attempt by the Chinese Communist Party to develop a collective economy.At the beginning of the 20 th century,the influence of the western learning social environment and the theoretical propaganda of the early advanced intellectuals provided theoretical preparations for the Central Soviet Area to carry out the cooperative movement;The urgent need to accelerate the development of the cooperative movement in order to restore social and economic development.In order to promote the construction of cooperative organizations,various cooperative organizations strictly abide by the principles of the cooperative system,adhere to the principles of party and government leadership,voluntary membership,democratic management,and equality,and provide institutional guarantee for the improvement of cooperative organization mechanisms.The Soviet governments at all levels have continuously improved the rules for the formation of cooperatives,and have made clear regulations on the organizational procedures,number of members,and class attributes of members.There are mainly three organizations within the Central Soviet Area Cooperative.To ensure the effective operation of the cooperative,the division of labor among the agencies is clear,the responsibilities are clear,and the work efficiency is high.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the cooperative organization,a series of resolutions and instructions have been issued to provide institutional guarantees,strengthen publicity and mobilization work,provide a basis for public opinion,establish a typical demonstration effect,provide competitive strategies,and establish a correct guidance and timely correction mechanism.The continuous development and improvement of the organization mechanism of the Central Soviet Area Cooperative,its benefits are becoming more and more significant,alleviating the "scissors gap" phenomenon,solving the people’s production and living needs,and accelerating the economic development of the Soviet Area;The military struggle in the Soviet Union played an important role.The increasingly perfect organization mechanism of the Central Soviet Area cooperatives plays an important role in promoting the development of the cooperative economy,and has important experience implications for the economic construction of the new era,especially the cooperative economy in the rural revitalization.
