Research On Legislation Of Public Credit Information System

Since ancient times,our country has attached great importance to the construction of integrity,which is the foundation of a person's life and an important cornerstone of good order development.At present,the problem of credit construction has become one of the key problems in social governance.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China that we should constantly promote integrity building and institutionalization of voluntary service,and strengthen the sense of responsibility,rule consciousness and dedication of all walks of life in society.If we want to promote the construction of credit,we must take various measures to promote the construction of social credit system.Therefore,it is of great and profound significance to speed up the process of credit related legislation and take credit legal system as the basic project of social credit system construction.As an important part of the legal system of social credit,the legislation of public credit information is paid special attention to.At present,many local laws and regulations concerning public credit information have been issued.However,due to the lag of legislation at the national level,the specific provisions of locallegislation are also different because of different places,so the role of public credit information system has not been fully played.Based on the analysis of the local regulations and local government regulations related to public credit information,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the scope of public credit information providers,the scope of public credit information subjects,the classification and scope of public credit information,the disclosure and processing of public credit information,the protection of the rights and interests of public credit information subjects,and the implementation of the public credit information system According to the actual situation,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the legislation of public credit information in order to provide useful reference for the formulation and improvement of the legislation of public credit information at the national level.
