Research On The Content And Structure Of Community Citizenship Behavior In New Era

Community citizenship behavior(CCB)is a kind of extra role behavior conducive to organization,includes the contribution that employees make to the community voluntarily outside the organization,and can be summed up as an important component of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).Community citizenship behavior helps others,brings happiness to others.It is conducive to social progress,but also conducive to the development of the organization.Therefore,it has been paid more and more attention by managers and researchers.Although community citizenship behavior has existed in China for a long time,the research of Chinese scholars is still in its infancy,which is lagged far behind western academia.The fundamental driving force of public service motivation(PSM)is the altruistic behavior of serving others and the prosocial behavior of seeking benefits for society.It is characterized by altruism,community orientation and prosocial behavior.It has similar characteristics with community citizenship behavior.Altruistic behavior is an important component of well-being and can promote well-being,so community citizenship behavior has the same effect.Therefore,exploring the relationship between public service motivation,community citizenship behavior and well-being,and how to maximize the potential of individuals,so that community members can voluntarily show more community citizenship behavior,to contribute their own strength to the community,has a very good research value.Based on the study of the content and structure of community citizenship behavior,this paper further explores the relationship between community citizenship behavior and members' well-being under the influence of public service motivation,and its role in promoting community members to help others.At first,the author uses interviews with 248 community members as a sample to study the structure and content of community citizenship behavior.Subsequently,the author chooses community citizenship behavior,public service motivation,well-being and helping others behavior of community members as the research object,and compiles a questionnaire to investigate.According to the obtained data,this paper uses data analysis software to carry out comparative analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sample data.Therefore,the author demonstrates the motivation of community citizenship behavior and its influencing factors,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of community citizenship behavior.The results show that three dimensions of public service motivation have significant positive correlation on community citizenship behavior,but the positive effect of "compassion" dimension on community citizenship behavior has not been confirmed.Meanwhile,community citizenship behavior is significantly positively correlated with the well-being of members.Community citizenship behavior is positively correlated with various behaviors to help others.Through this research,we can find that public service motivation do have a certain impact on community citizenship behavior.Community members with higher levels of public service motivation usually also show higher levels of community citizenship behavior.The higher level of community citizenship behavior,which drives citizens to participate in more community activities,will bring more satisfaction to the implementers,thus improving the well-being of citizens.The well-being of citizens is one of the basic conditions for building a harmonious society.In the context of the new era,the Chinese government has put forward higher requirements for community governance,while further promoting the ideological and moral construction of citizens in the new era,as well as improving the sense of acquisition,well-being and satisfaction of the residents.As an effective implementation method,community citizenship behavior can play a huge role in it.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the motivation and influencing factors of community citizenship behavior.
