Research On The Interaction Between Government And Civil In The Operation Of Zhengzhou Municipal Government Microblog

In recent years,with the continuous innovation and development of Internet technology,the Internet penetration rate in China has risen,and the number of Internet users has shown explosive growth.Government departments rely on the advantages of the Internet to actively promote "Internet + government" services,governments at all levels have set up relevant e-government platforms,in which government micro-blogging with its timeliness,convenience and other characteristics occupy the main position,become the government information disclosure,micro-blogging politics,enhance the image of the preferred channels.At the same time,the willingness of netizens to participate in public management through government micro-blogging is increasing,which makes government micro-blogging not only assume the role of information release,but also assume the role of interactive feedback.But at present,the problems that need to be solved urgently are the single content of government micro-blog,the poor channels of public participation,the low degree of participation and the little effect of government-citizen interaction.Based on the theory of political communication,this paper chooses Zhengzhou municipal government microblogging Platform as a case to study.It studies the sample government microblog by literature research,case analysis and comparative research.It uses the theory of political communication to analyze the subject,object,channel,effect and feedback of communication,and puts forward feasible suggestions.The main contents of this study are as follows: The first chapter is the foreword.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the current research status and research methods of government microblog and political communication theory at home and abroad,and explains the research ideas and analysis framework of this paper.The second chapter defines the concepts of micro-blogging,government micro-blogging and government-citizen interaction,and combs the different stages of political communication theory.The third part is the case introduction,mainly using the field research data and information to introduce the basic situation and operation status of Zhengzhou Municipal Government Microblog;the fourth part summarizes the problems and causes of Zhengzhou Municipal Government Microblog interaction,mainly from the aspects of communication subject,communication object,communication content,communication channels and so on.The fifth chapter is mainly about the Enlightenment of domestic typical cases,mainly choosing two typical cases of "Nanjing Publication" in Nanjing and "12333" in Shanghai for reference.Finally,on the basis of theoretical application,aiming at the problems of Zhengzhou Municipal Administration micro-blog,and referring to typical experience,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which will provide new ideas for the government to promote the application of "Internet + government services".
