Research On The Legal Supervision Of Internet Personal Credit Reporting Institutions In China

With the deepening of China's market economic reform and frequent social discredit,the party and the government have paid more and more attention to the whole society's credit construction.The decision of the CPC central committee on several major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform,adopted at the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,states,"establish and improve the social credit system,commend integrity and punish dishonesty." On January 15,2014,premier li keqiang chaired an executive meeting of the state council to accelerate the construction of a social credit system and build an honest and trustworthy economic and social environment.Although the development of social credit construction in recent decades has initially formed a relatively perfect credit investigation system,it still needs to be further optimized.Among them,the Internet personal credit system is an important part of it.Perfecting the legal supervision of Internet personal credit investigation institutions is of great significance to the construction of China's social credit system.This paper takes the legal supervision of China's Internet personal credit bureaus as the research object.The first chapter summarizes the legal supervision of China's Internet personal credit bureaus,clarifies the relevant concepts of China's Internet personal credit bureaus,and puts forward the meaning and necessity of legal supervision of China's Internet personal credit bureaus.The second chapter sorts out the development status and existing problems of the legal supervision of the Internet personal credit investigation institutions in China,which lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of countermeasures.The third chapter investigates the current situation of the legal supervision of Internet personal credit investigation in the commercial mode represented by the United States and the public credit investigation mode represented by Europe,summarizes the relevant experience,and puts forward the enlightenment to the legal supervision of Internet personal credit investigation institutions in China.Chapter four puts forward Suggestions to improve the legal supervision of Internet personal credit investigation institutions in China from five dimensions: perfecting the legal system of credit investigation,clarifying the regulatory subject and authority,perfecting the standard of supervision,innovating the way of supervision,and strengthening the responsibility of supervision.
