With the rapid development of our society and promotion of civilization,the society has gradually realized the severity of domestic violence.In addition,many countries and regions have already enacted relevant legislation and practices.In 2016,mainland China issued Anti-domestic Violence Law of the People's Republic of China.One of the highlights of this law is the personal safety protection order system,which will provide legislative and judicial protection to the victims or those in real danger of domestic violence.On the basis of understanding the background and basic contents of personal safety protection order system,combining reflection on various judicial problems exposed in the process of implementation,such as the trial procedures of the order,the author faces the problems directly,puts forward feasible and reasonable countermeasures to improve the system of personal safety protection order.To complete the system of anti-domestic violence in China,and to protect personal safety of the victims,it is necessary to perfect the system of personal safety protection order.In this paper,the author will discuss the background and basic content of personal safety protection order,the status quo of practice and the corresponding improvement.In the first chapter,the author will expound the background and basic contents,especially the legislative background and social background.The second chapter will analyze the implementation status of the order,concentrating in various practical problems exposed in the process of implementation.In the third chapter,the author will discuss some countermeasures that can be used to improve the personal safety protection order system,focusing on the construction of effective supervision and relief mechanism.The author tries to deepen the understanding of the legislation and judicial practice of personal safety protection order system by thinking and discussing the perfection of this system in China.
