Research On The Legal Issues Of Supervisionin Of Equity Investment Of Insurance Funds

With the vigorous development of China's market economy,the scale of China's insurance industry is constantly expanding,insurance underwriting and the use of insurance funds become the two pillars of the insurance industry.In recent years,the insurance coverage to promote the development of the insurance industry is more and more small,and the use of insurance funds of the insurance industry to optimize asset allocation,increase investment,to promote the role of the real economy development more and more is revealed,the insurance company capital investment income of insurance benefits for the most part,its efficiency affects the future development of an insurance company.As the main part of the capital utilization of insurance companies,equity investment of insurance funds has an important impact on insurance economy.Although the equity investment of insurance funds provides sufficient support for the liquidity of the capital market,it also brings risks and hidden dangers.The equity investment of insurance funds is diversified and complex,which leads to the aversion of equity investors of insurance funds to investment risks.China's insurance industry started relatively late,and equity investment of insurance funds is an emerging field.The supervision of equity investment of insurance funds is in the exploration and development stage.There are still some problems in the supervision of equity investment of insurance funds in China,such as imperfect system and low level of risk control.Based on this,this article has carried on the related discussion to the insurance fund equity investment supervision law question.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on the deficiencies of equity investment supervision of insurance funds.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the elaboration of the theoretical basis for the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds,which lays a theoretical foundation for further analysis of the existing problems in the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds and the improvement of Suggestions.In the second part,the author enumerates the current situation of equity investment supervision of insurance funds in several countries of Anglo-American law system and continental law system,and makes a comparative analysis to provide reference for improving the regulation of equity investment supervision of insurance funds in China.The third part introduces thecurrent situation of the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds in China and points out the problems in the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds in China.The fourth part,based on the existing regulations on the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds in China and the advanced supervision experience of foreign countries,puts forward Suggestions on improving the existing deficiencies of the supervision of the equity investment of insurance funds in China,so as to provide a good development environment for the equity investment of insurance funds in China.In terms of research methods,this paper mainly adopts literature analysis and comparative research.Through literature analysis,relevant works,papers and other literature materials are consulted to define the relevant concepts of insurance fund equity investment supervision,and study the domestic and foreign insurance fund equity investment supervision system,so as to put forward Suggestions for improving the existing problems of insurance fund equity investment supervision in China.By comparing the legal systems of developed countries on the supervision of equity investment of insurance funds,the author tries to find out the experience that can be used for reference.
