| As a special professional group,police’s professional pressure is much higher than that of the general professional group at the beginning of their career formation.These pressures will lead to the decline of police work efficiency,serious negative emotions,and many problems under the dual effects of physical and psychological.These problems,if left unchecked,will lead to many derivative problems,so we should intervene in time to solve them,and at the same time,we should pay more attention to them.This paper takes the police of the police station who are troubled by the professional pressure as the research object,uses the group method in the social work discipline to intervene,and strives to reduce and alleviate the professional pressure of the police.The author uses literature research,on-the-spot interview,observation,questionnaire survey and other research methods to collect and sort out the current situation of group members’ pressure,find out the internal pressure sources by comparing with relevant literature,and evaluate the needs of group members,so as to determine the group plan.And according to the problems and needs,through the group dynamics,emotional management theory,behavioral cognitive therapy,mindfulness meditation and other related theories applied to the group work,in order to improve the current situation of police high-pressure work and some problems derived.Finally,through the summary and reflection of the whole process of the group work involved in the police professional stress,we can draw valuable research conclusions and some suggestions.In the process of carrying out group activities,the author makes a detailed record of the specific process of the activities,evaluates,analyzes and summarizes the results of the activities,hoping that some conclusions and skills and methods drawn from the practice can help the police to reduce and relieve the professional pressure.Furthermore,it puts forward some suggestions for relevant social policies,and provides some ideas and references for the development of similar cases. |
